Madalyn Monto is a young marketing professional with an innate drive and growth mindset looking to leverage a position to further hone and develope her skills. Madalyn graduated with her degree in Business Administration: Marketing specialized in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University in May of 2021.

Madalyn can provide a unique skillset, bringing to the table intercultural perspectives through her travels abroad, both educationally and recreationally. In Her studies have taken her to Spain (art and language), China (culture and history), and Italy (international business and marketing). Madalyn’s unique experiences have allowed her to fine-tune her interests: she is seeking a role that involves marketing strategy and planning, creative concept development, and consumer behavior analysis. Particular industries that have piqued her interest are retail/fashion, hospitality, and food/beverage.

In her personal life, Madalyn enjoys writing, the arts, and furthering her education. Throughout the past several years, she has taken on at-home language studies, attaining a conversational level of proficiency in Spanish and a beginner level of Italian.
